68 - 00	Chaotic Evil (CE)	CE creatures act with arbitrary violence, spurred by their greed, hatred, or bloodlust. Demons, red dragons, and orcs are CE.	Roll or choose one Arc from the Villainous Arc Chart and one Bond from the Villainous Bond Chart or develop a unique Arc and Bond with your gamemaster.
